A dog assessment is a calm, structured check to understand their behaviour, temperament, health, and social skills. It helps us know their needs, personality, and how they interact with people.

- Social behaviour: How they respond to familiar/unfamiliar people, other dogs, and pets.

At K9 Connection, we do not offer refunds on any training services, courses, or packages. This is because payment covers our dedicated time, expertise, and preparation reserved specifically for you and your dog. Once a booking is confirmed or training has commenced, the time is allocated and cannot be reallocated, so no refunds will be issued—including for missed sessions, early withdrawal, or unused lessons.
